Nightmare

Nightmare is a personal account of Bryan Rowley's experience of the time when he caught polio and subsequent events after his parents were told he would never walk again.  They did not accept that gloomy prediction.  That it would take several years of treatment and surgery to overcome the disabling effects that Polio had on Bryan.   It is a moving account of how many years later those times left memories hidden away and how children were treated far differently to today.
